These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the landing pages, registration forms, seminar and workshop services, and communications operated by COMMUNITY CLUB NYC.
By accessing our pages or submitting a registration form, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Submitting a registration form does not guarantee admission where attendance is limited.
Seminar and workshop dates, times, locations, availability and programme details may change. COMMUNITY CLUB NYC may reschedule, relocate, modify or cancel an event where reasonably necessary.
Registration confirmations and event reminders may be sent only where the registrant has separately consented to receive those text messages.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when completing our forms.
You may not submit another person’s telephone number, email address or personal information without their permission.
You may use our pages only for lawful purposes.

COMMUNITY CLUB NYC Seminar Messaging Programme
COMMUNITY CLUB NYC may send two separate categories of text messages, depending on the consent selected by the contact:
Consent for non-marketing messages and consent for marketing messages are collected separately. Selecting one consent option does not automatically provide consent for the other.
SMS consent is optional. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not required to register for a seminar, make a purchase or receive other services.
Contacts may submit a registration form without selecting either SMS consent option.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our SMS messaging programme. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and are authorised to use the mobile number provided.
For seminar registration confirmations and reminders, up to two text messages may be sent per registration.
Promotional message frequency varies according to upcoming seminar and workshop availability.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan.
You may unsubscribe from text messages at any time by replying STOP.
After sending STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. You will then stop receiving messages from the applicable SMS programme unless you opt in again.
To rejoin after opting out, submit an eligible registration or opt-in form again and provide affirmative consent for the type of messages you wish to receive.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, device, coverage and service availability. COMMUNITY CLUB NYC cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers, messaging platforms, aggregators and mobile carriers may process information only where necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information collected through our pages, forms and SMS programme is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
